Ages: 2-5 and their caring adults!

Come to the library for a fun storytime with books, songs, fingerplays, puppets, scarves, flannelboards and more. Grownups will learn ways to talk, sing, read, write and play to increase early reading skills. Masks are optional at our indoor storytime. Please register for each adult & child that will be attending.

   Take 'N' Make: Adopt a Tree!

Ages: 4+

May 11-24

Come and get your very own tree to plant and care for! Courtesy of Moose Jaw River Watershed Stewards Inc.

Extension Activities:

   1.Talk about the different kinds of trees that grow near you. How are they similar? How are they different?

    2. Draw a picture of your favourite tree. What kind of tree is it? Is it an evergreen tree or a deciduous tree?

Ages: 3+

June 8-21

 Have fun creating this craft that is almost good enough to eat!
Extension Activities:

   1.Plan a sundae party with your family!  Dish out ice cream for everyone and layout all the fixings so everyone can make their own unique sundae.
