The Library will be transitioning to a new program registration process in the New Year. Until that time, program information can be found on the website and on our Facebook page. If you wish to register for a program, please call 306-692-8210 or email us and include your child's name, age, parent name, contact phone & email, and the program you wish to register for. Registrations will be processed in the order they come in.
Meeting Rooms and Theatre
The Moose Jaw Public Library proudly offers meeting room and event space for rental purposes. The building is fully accessible with a ground level entrance and elevator service to all floors. Bookings may be made by calling the Public Library at 306-692-2787.
The Herb Taylor Meeting and South Meeting are two spacious and well lit rooms located in the heritage portion of the Library building. Each room seats 66 people (42 if seated at tables).
The theater seats 135 people and is equipped with a sound system and spotlights.
In addition to the room rental the following can be rented at an additional cost:

A small servery/kitchen which can be rented by groups who wish to serve food and/or beverages including a variety of coffee urns, sink and a refrigerator (meeting rooms only).

Room rental while the Library is open does not require the presence of security personnel; however, if proposed usage extends beyond library opening hours, renters will be required to pay for the cost of security personnel. Renters are required to pay the cost of security personnel during all Theatre rentals. The Library will arrange this security and bill the renter.
